What the online AI assessment is

WEB-AZ's online AI assessment is an eight-question, multiple-choice questionnaire that starts from your team's activities: what is repeated, how often, in which apps and where delays occur. Based on your answers, you immediately see which type of solution could help: an AI agent, an assistant that answers from your company documents, a voice agent, computer vision or automation.

It is a preliminary assessment, generated from simple rules. It does not replace a technical analysis and does not include financial estimates, because those require concrete data about your processes and systems. It does, however, show you where it is worth starting and which questions remain to be clarified.

Questions about the AI assessment

  1. How long does the AI assessment take?

    About two minutes. There are eight multiple-choice questions, and for some of them you can tick more than one answer.

  2. Do I have to leave my contact details to see the result?

    No. The result appears immediately after the last question. Your name and email are only needed if you choose to send the result to WEB-AZ, so we can get back to you with questions.

  3. Do I get a cost or savings estimate?

    Not at this stage. The online assessment is preliminary and does not include financial estimates, because these depend on your processes, data and systems. We can discuss them after an analysis carried out together.

  4. What happens to my answers?

    Until you send the result, your answers stay only in the page open in your browser. If you send it, we use it to respond to your request, in line with our privacy policy. We do not send newsletters.

  5. Do I need AI if my process is simple?

    Not necessarily. Sometimes the right solution is a simple automation, without AI. The assessment and the analysis that follows are there precisely to show where AI brings a real gain and where the investment is not worth it.

  6. Can I retake the assessment?

    Yes. From the results page you can change your answers or start the assessment again from the beginning.
