Brokers, leasing, non-bank lenders, insurance, grants
Complete files,human decisions.
WEB-AZ builds digital and AI solutions for credit brokers, leasing companies and IFNs (non-bank financial institutions), insurance intermediaries and funding consultancies: documents gathered faster, answers to repetitive questions and reports prepared automatically. Analysis, recommendation and approval stay with the people authorised to carry them out.
Where time can be saved on a financial file
Documents gathered in a single file
The income certificate by email, the ID card on WhatsApp, the bank statement photographed at an angle. Recognised automatically by type, documents are added to the file and the list of missing items updates itself.
Quick answers to eligibility questions
“Can I get a loan if I've been a PFA (sole trader) for a year?”, “Do you finance second-hand equipment too?”. The answer is in the partner's terms or in the applicant's guide and can be found quickly, with a reference to the page.
File status visible to the client
Clients want to know whether the bank has replied, whether the policy has been issued or whether the project has passed evaluation. When they can see the stage themselves, the team works on the other files without interruptions.
Document versions under control
For non-refundable funding, documents go through many versions in the final weeks of a call for projects. A clear record of the valid version reduces the risk of an old annex being sent by mistake.
Reports to partners, prepared automatically
File status by bank, commissions, policies due for renewal or production per agent are often compiled monthly from exports and spreadsheets. Built from existing data, they reach the team as a draft to check.
Clear information, no automated advice
An assistant that “recommends” a loan or an insurance policy would stray into regulated activities. That is why the automations are built to inform, while advice stays with the specialist.
AI solutions for brokers, leasing, non-bank lenders and insurance
The solutions take over routine collection, sorting and communication. Everything involving risk assessment, product recommendation or funding decisions stays with the specialist, with the information already prepared.
- Document collection and checkingIncoming documents are recognised by type, the main data is extracted, and the list of missing documents is updated automatically and sent to the client.
- Assistant for partner termsAn internal assistant that searches product terms, internal procedures or funding guides and answers with a reference to the document and page.
- Answers about file statusClients find out on the website or on WhatsApp what stage their file is at and what they still need to send. Questions about which product to choose go to the consultant.
- Reports prepared automaticallyThe monthly status by partner, commissions and renewals are compiled from existing data as a draft that someone on the team checks before sending.
- Client portal and CRM integrationA secure space where clients upload documents and see the next steps, connected to the CRM and the document archive you already use.

Conceptual examples to illustrate what is possible. They are not delivered projects.
Credit broker: the mortgage file
After the initial conversation, the client receives the list of documents that matches the declared type of income. Whatever they upload is classified and checked for legibility and issue date, and the broker receives a summary of the file. The creditworthiness analysis and the choice of bank stay with the broker.
Conceptual exampleFunding consultancy: the applicant's guide
The team asks the internal assistant whether an expense is listed as eligible in the guide and receives the exact passage, with the page number. For the client, the system only notes the questions and passes them to the consultant who carries out the evaluation.
Conceptual exampleInsurance intermediary: renewals and claims
A few weeks before a policy expires, the client receives a message inviting them to a conversation with the agent. For a claim, they are asked for the required set of photos and documents, with no promise about compensation.

Integration with CRM, partner portals and the file archive
Most firms in the sector work across a CRM, partner portals and document folders. The list below shows possibilities; compatibility is checked for each project.
- CRMs such as HubSpot, Pipedrive or Salesforce
- Quoting portals of partner insurers and banks
- Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace
- SharePoint, Google Drive or OneDrive for the file archive
- Electronic signature platforms
- WhatsApp Business API
- MySMIS2021 (Romania's EU funds platform), for preparing documents (not for automatic submission)
- Invoicing software such as SmartBill or Oblio
Integration challenges
- Many partner portals have no API, and data is still entered manually; automation stops where the portal begins.
- Documents photographed with a phone are often of poor quality, so data extraction needs human checking.
- Product terms and funding guides change often, and the knowledge base must be updated with every new version.
- Client history often sits in spreadsheets and emails, not in a single system.
Sensitive data and regulatory limits
Personal and financial data
CNPs (Romanian personal numeric codes), income, bank statements: only what the file needs is collected, with role-based access, an action log and retention periods agreed with your data protection officer.
No regulated advice
The assistants do not recommend loans, policies or investments and do not compare offers in place of an authorised intermediary. The wording is agreed with you and, where appropriate, with your legal or compliance adviser.
KYC and anti-money laundering
The system can gather identification documents and flag what is missing, but client verification and any reporting stay with the person designated in your procedures. Automation neither replaces nor bypasses these procedures.
No solely automated decisions
The eligibility shown to the client is for information only. Approval, rejection or setting the terms is done by a person, and the client is told how the system is used.

Frequently asked questions
Which AI solutions suit a credit broker or a leasing company?
Collecting and checking incoming documents, an internal assistant that searches partner terms and funding guides, answers for clients about file status, monthly reports prepared as drafts and a secure portal linked to the CRM. Risk assessment, product recommendation and the funding decision stay with the specialist.
Can the assistant tell a client whether they are eligible?
It can check public criteria or criteria you define and show an indicative result, clearly marked as information. The eligibility decision is made by the consultant or the funding partner.
Where are client documents kept and who has access?
We agree together where the data is stored, preferably in infrastructure you already control, who can see it and how long it is kept. We choose AI services configured so that the data sent is not used to train the provider's models.
Does it work with bank and insurer portals?
It depends on the portal. Where there is an API or an export, we can integrate. Where there is not, the solution prepares the data for manual entry, and we tell you this from the start.
Does the system replace brokers or agents?
No. It takes over some of the collection work and the answers to repetitive questions, so they have more time for analysis and for conversations with clients.
Where do we start?
With a single type of file, the one that takes the most time. We go through it step by step, see where it gets stuck and propose a small first automation that is easy to check.
