1. About this policy

This English version is provided for convenience. In case of any discrepancy between the English and Romanian versions, the Romanian version prevails.

This policy explains how the website webaz.ro, operated by LIDER COLECT SRL, a Romanian legal entity with its registered office at Str. Calea Dobrogei nr. 238 DN, Murfatlar 905100, Constanța County, Romania, registered with the Trade Register under no. J2011002319137, sole registration code (CUI) 29219557, EUID ROONRC.J2011002319137, share capital RON 1,000 ("WEB-AZ"), stores and accesses information in your browser, in accordance with Article 4(5) of Law no. 506/2004 on the processing of personal data and the protection of privacy in the electronic communications sector and with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR).

2. What cookies and similar technologies are

Cookies are small files that a website saves in your browser. Similar technologies, such as local storage (localStorage) and session storage (sessionStorage), allow a website to retain information in the browser, for example display preferences. The applicable legislation treats all of these mechanisms in the same way, regardless of their technical name.

3. What information we store

The website does not set cookies. It uses only the following information stored in the browser, which is strictly necessary for the features you choose and therefore does not require consent:

lm-theme (localStorage) — remembers the display theme you have chosen (light or dark). Duration: until manually deleted from the browser. Contains no personal data.
lm-consent (localStorage) — remembers that you have acknowledged the cookie notice, so that it is not shown on every visit. Duration: until manually deleted from the browser. Contains no personal data.
lm-intro (sessionStorage) — ensures the opening animation is shown only once per session. Duration: deleted automatically when the tab or browser is closed. Contains no personal data.

4. What we do not use

The website does not use cookies or technologies for traffic analytics, advertising, profiling or tracking, whether our own or those of third parties. Fonts are hosted on the website's server, and the website does not load content from social networks or other external services that could set cookies. The map link opens on the respective provider's website, which applies its own cookie policy.

5. Introduction of other technologies

If in the future we introduce analytics, advertising or other technologies that are not strictly necessary, we will first update this policy and will activate them only after obtaining your consent, which you will be able to refuse or withdraw at any time, as easily as you gave it.

6. The server's technical logs

Independently of the information stored in the browser, the server hosting the website automatically records technical logs (for example, the IP address, the date and time of access, the page requested), which are necessary for the operation and security of the website. The processing of this data is described in the Privacy policy.

7. How you can control and delete this information

You can view and delete the information stored by the website at any time from your browser settings, in the section dedicated to cookies and site data (in most browsers: Settings › Privacy and security › Cookies and other site data). After deletion, the website reverts to the default theme and shows the cookie notice again. Blocking browser storage completely does not prevent you from using the website, but your preferences will no longer be remembered.
