Web design & web development

A website that sells, not one that just looks good.

For businesses that want their website to bring in quote requests or orders: we design and build company websites, online stores and web platforms that explain clearly what you offer, load quickly and are easy to manage.

Signs your website is due for a rebuild

Visitors decide quickly whether to stay. A clear, fast page that is easy to use on a phone helps them find what they are looking for and take the next step. Here is what is worth checking on your current website.

  • Visitors don't understand what you offer

The messages are generic, the services are buried in menus and nothing says clearly why someone should choose you.

  • It loads slowly, especially on mobile

Unoptimised images, heavy themes and unnecessary plugins make pages slow. Visitors leave, and Google notices.

  • There is traffic, but too few enquiries

People reach the website but find no obvious next step: the form is long, the buttons get lost, the basket has too many steps.

  • You don't show up in search

The technical structure, titles and speed don't help search engines understand and display your pages.

  • Every change is a small adventure

You depend on someone else for a new piece of text or an added product, and the old platform refuses to grow with the business.

Web design and web development: what we build

Web design sets out a website's structure, messages and look; web development turns it into a working, fast website that is easy to manage. We do both together. We start from what the website needs to do for your business: bring in enquiries, sell products or support a sales team. Only then do we choose the design and the right technology.

  • Strategy and structure

We clarify the audience, the offers and the main action you want, then organise the pages and messages around them.

  • UI/UX and visual design

Interfaces that are easy to navigate, adapted to your brand, designed for phones first and tested on real screens.

  • Development on the right technology

WordPress, WooCommerce, Shopify or Next.js, depending on budget, on who manages the content and on how much the platform needs to grow.

  • Online stores and payments

Catalogue, filters, basket, checkout, online payments, invoicing and delivery connected in the shortest possible order flow.

  • Speed and technical SEO

We optimise images, code and page structure, and set up metadata, the sitemap and structured data.

  • Conversion optimisation

We measure where visitors get stuck and adjust pages, forms and checkout steps based on the data.

  • Branding and visual identity

Logo, colour palette, typography and a short usage guide, so the website, printed materials and social media accounts look like the same company.

What you can gain

  • 01

More enquiries from the same traffic

A clear structure and an obvious next step can help you turn a larger share of visitors into contacts or orders.

  • 02

    Pages that load quickly

An optimised website can reduce drop-off, especially on mobile connections, and offers a more pleasant experience.

  • 03

    Better visibility in Google

Sound technical foundations help search engines understand your pages and can support organic rankings over time.

  • 04

    Independence in managing the site

You can update text, images and products yourself, without waiting for a developer for every change.

  • 05

A foundation you can build on

Clean code and an architecture planned from the start make it possible to add features, integrations or AI assistants later.

The benefits above are possible, not guaranteed. They depend on the market, the offer, traffic, content and how the website is used and maintained after launch.

Fast campaign pages for each course, with schedule, price, available places and direct sign-up, easy to duplicate for future sessions.

Maintenance and support

How we work

  1. Step 01

    Conversation and discovery

We find out what you sell, to whom and what visitors should do on the website. We analyse the current website, if there is one, and your direct competitors.

  2. Step 02

    Structure and content

We set out the page map, the key messages and the conversion elements. We identify what content exists and what needs to be created.

  3. Step 03

    Design and prototype

We propose the visual direction and mock-ups of the key pages, on desktop and mobile, and adjust them based on your feedback.

  4. Step 04

    Development and integrations

We build the website, connect payments, invoicing, forms or the CRM and prepare the admin panel.

  5. Step 05

    Testing and launch

We check speed, display across several devices, forms, technical SEO and redirects before publishing.

  6. Step 06

    Measurement and improvement

After launch we monitor how visitors behave and propose targeted adjustments wherever the data shows a blockage.

It connects with your tools

Your website doesn't have to be an island. We can link it to the payment, invoicing, delivery, marketing and sales systems you already use.

The list contains examples of commonly used systems. Compatibility, versions and API access are checked for each project individually.

  • WordPress
  • WooCommerce
  • Shopify
  • Next.js
  • Stripe
  • Netopia Payments
  • SmartBill
  • Oblio
  • Fan Courier
  • Sameday
  • Google Analytics 4

Security & control

Security and control

A website collects contact details, orders and sometimes payments. We apply measures proportionate to what your website handles.

  • Personal data and GDPR

Forms that ask only for the data needed, privacy policy pages and mechanisms for handling data subject requests. Final compliance remains the responsibility of the data controller.

  • Cookie consent

Analytics and marketing scripts load only after the visitor agrees, through a correctly configured consent banner.

  • Hosting, HTTPS and backups

We recommend hosting suited to your traffic, an SSL certificate, regular backups and a restore plan.

  • Access and updates

Separate accounts with appropriate roles, strong passwords and regular platform and plugin updates reduce risks, without eliminating them completely.

Frequently asked questions

  1. How much does a website or an online store cost?

It depends on the number of pages and products, how custom the design is, the features needed (payments, accounts, filters, multiple languages), integrations and who prepares the content. After a short conversation we send you an estimate for the option that fits.

  2. How long does it take for the website to be ready?

The timeline depends on complexity, the number of feedback rounds and how quickly the content (text, images, products) is available. We set a realistic schedule at the start of the project.

  3. WordPress, Shopify or a custom solution?

WordPress and WooCommerce suit you when you want flexibility and easy management. Shopify simplifies hosting and payments for online stores. A Next.js solution makes sense when you need high performance or more complex features. We recommend an option once we understand your needs.

  4. Can I update the content myself after launch?

Yes. We hand over an admin panel and show you how to change text, images, pages or products.

  5. What happens to my Google rankings if we rebuild the website?

In a redesign we keep the important URLs or set up 301 redirects, carry over the metadata and check indexing after launch, to reduce the risk of losing organic traffic.

  6. Do you also write the website copy?

We can structure and write the main copy, or work with your materials and adapt them for clarity and for search. We agree on this during the planning stage.

  7. Do you also promote the website after launch?

The website leaves our hands with the technical SEO foundations in place: structure, metadata, sitemap and structured data. For ongoing promotion, such as content SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads or email marketing, there is the separate Digital marketing & growth service.

  8. Do you offer maintenance after launch?

Yes, we can take over technical updates, backups, monitoring and later changes, in a format agreed together.
