2. Acceptance of the terms
These terms and conditions (the "Terms") govern access to and use of the website. By accessing and using the website, you declare that you have read, understood and accept the Terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the website.
The Privacy policy and the Cookie policy form an integral part of these Terms.
3. Purpose of the website
The website presents the services offered by WEB-AZ — the design and development of websites and online stores, software development, process automation and the implementation of artificial intelligence solutions — as well as informative articles and examples of completed projects. The services are aimed primarily at companies and professionals.
4. Requests, quotes and contracts
Submitting a request through the contact form, or submitting the result of the AI assessment, does not constitute an order and does not give rise to a contract between you and us. On the basis of the information received, we may draw up a written quote setting out the description of the services, the price, the timeframes and the terms of collaboration.
A contract is concluded only upon express acceptance of the quote or upon signature of a separate contract. The terms of that contract prevail over the general information presented on the website. We reserve the right not to act on a request, without being obliged to give reasons for that decision.
5. Informative nature of the content
The information published on the website is general and informative in nature. Service descriptions, examples, estimates and case studies illustrate our approach and do not constitute a firm offer or a guarantee that any particular results will be achieved, as these depend on the specifics of each project.
Articles and materials relating to artificial intelligence and technology are provided for information purposes and do not constitute legal, tax, financial or other regulated advice. For decisions in these areas, we recommend that you consult an authorised professional.
6. The online AI assessment
The AI assessment available on the website is an indicative tool which automatically generates, in your browser, a recommendation based on the answers you select. The result does not constitute a complete analysis of your business, a quote or a guarantee of results. Your answers are sent to us only if you expressly choose to send them.
7. Users' obligations
When using the website, you undertake:
- to provide truthful information and to submit the personal data of other persons only if you are entitled to do so;
- not to send automated, unsolicited or abusive messages or messages with unlawful content;
- not to attempt to gain unauthorised access to the website's systems, to interfere with its operation, to circumvent its security measures or to extract its content by automated means;
- not to use the website in a manner contrary to the law, to public morals or to these Terms.
8. Intellectual property
The content of the website — including the texts, graphic elements, animations, structure, source code, logo and the name "WEB-AZ" — is protected by copyright and industrial property legislation and belongs to LIDER COLECT SRL or is used by it under a right of use.
You may view the content and share links to the website's pages. Any reproduction, modification, distribution or commercial use of the content, in whole or in part, without our prior written consent is prohibited, except where expressly permitted by law.
The projects presented in the Portfolio section were created by WEB-AZ for its clients; their trademarks, logos and content belong to their respective rights holders. The names and trademarks of the technologies mentioned belong to their owners and are used for descriptive purposes only. If you are a rights holder and consider that material is displayed without authorisation, please contact us so that we can remove it.
9. Availability of the website
We make reasonable efforts to keep the website available, secure and up to date. We reserve the right to modify, suspend or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the website or any of its features, including for maintenance work, without prior notice.
10. Limitation of liability
The website is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we do not guarantee that the website will operate uninterrupted or error-free, and we are not liable for indirect loss (including loss of profit or loss of data) resulting from the use of the website, from the inability to use it or from decisions taken solely on the basis of the information published.
We are not liable for interruptions or malfunctions caused by events beyond our reasonable control, such as failures of communications networks or of service providers, or cyberattacks.
The above limitations do not apply where the law does not permit the exclusion or limitation of liability, including for loss caused intentionally or through gross negligence, and do not affect the rights you have as a consumer.
11. Links to other websites
The website may contain links to websites operated by third parties, including portfolio projects and public authorities. These links are provided for information; we do not control the content, availability or policies of these websites and accept no responsibility for them.
13. Governing law and dispute resolution
These Terms are governed by Romanian law. Any dispute in connection with the use of the website will be settled amicably wherever possible. Failing agreement, disputes between professionals will be settled by the competent courts at the operator's registered office.
If you use the website as a consumer, you enjoy all the rights conferred by consumer protection legislation, including the right to bring proceedings before the competent courts in accordance with the law. You may contact the National Authority for Consumer Protection (ANPC), www.anpc.ro, and for alternative dispute resolution you may turn to the ADR entities (SAL, the Romanian alternative dispute resolution scheme), in accordance with the information published at anpc.ro/ce-este-sal.
14. Changes to the Terms
We may amend these Terms at any time to reflect changes to the website, to our services or to the law. The version in force is the one published on this page, and the date of the last update is shown at the top of the document. Continued use of the website after the changes have been published constitutes acceptance of them.
15. Final provisions
If any provision of these Terms is declared void or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain valid and continue to have effect. Our failure to exercise a right provided for in these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that right.
