Branding & visual identity

A brand you recogniseat first glance.

For companies just starting out, or that have grown faster than their image: we design the logo, the colour and type system, the basic materials and a short guide, so everything you publish looks like it comes from the same company.

Signs your brand needs attention

Visual identity is not a luxury. Clients decide in seconds whether a company looks serious, and an inconsistent image makes them hesitate. Here is what we see most often.

  • The logo only exists as a JPG

No vector files, it does not work on a dark background, and it comes out pixelated in print or on signage.

  • Every material looks different

The website has one colour, the business cards another, and social media posts use whatever font was at hand.

  • You cannot describe the company in one sentence

There is no clear line about what you do and for whom, so everyone on the team says something different.

  • You look smaller than you are

You have good clients and serious work, but the company presentation and the proposals do not convey the level you work at.

  • A rebrand postponed for years

The name or the logo comes from another stage of the company, but changing it seems too complicated: website, documents, accounts, signage.

Branding and visual identity: what we build

A brand is how a company looks, speaks and behaves. We work on all three, in the right order: first what you want to convey, then the logo and the visual system, then applying them on the website and on materials. We never deliver a logo on its own, without the rules that make it work.

  • Positioning and messages

We clarify what you do, for whom and what sets you apart, then phrase the one-line introduction, the tagline (where it makes sense) and the tone of voice.

  • Logo design

Several directions derived from the positioning, presented in real context: on the website, on the business card, on the signage. We pick one and refine it.

  • Colour and type system

A palette with clear roles (primary, accent, background, text) and font families that work on screen and in print.

  • Core materials

Business cards, letterhead, email signature, company presentation and proposal templates, prepared for print and for digital use.

  • Social media templates

Formats for posts, stories and covers, with simple rules so the team can publish on its own without breaking the visual consistency.

  • Brand guide

A short document with the logo and its versions, clear space, colours, fonts and examples of correct and incorrect use.

What you can gain

  • 01

    Trust from the first interaction

A coherent image conveys seriousness before anyone reads a line about you.

  • 02

    Recognition over time

The same colours, shapes and tone, repeated across every channel, make the brand easy to remember and to recommend.

  • 03

    Materials ready to use

The team no longer starts from scratch for every proposal or post: it has templates and clear rules.

  • 04

A website that is easier to build

When the identity exists, the website design starts from a system, not from taste, and gets done faster.

  • 05

Prices that are easier to justify

A presentation at the level of your services helps commercial conversations: the client sees why it costs what it costs.

The benefits above are possible, not guaranteed. A good brand supports sales but does not replace them: it depends on the offer, the market and how consistently it is used.

Example uses

The scenarios below are conceptual examples that show how the service can be applied. They do not describe work delivered to specific clients.

  • Plumbing and heating company

From a logo on a sticker to a complete identity

Logo redrawn as vectors, colours that read well on vans and equipment, business cards and a short presentation for building administrators.

    Conceptual example
  • New dental clinic

    A brand before opening day

Positioning, a checked name, logo, a warm palette and reception materials, ready before the website and the launch campaigns.

    Conceptual example
  • B2B manufacturer

    A rebrand after 15 years

Logo modernised while keeping the recognised elements, product catalogue and company presentation rebuilt on the new system, staged replacement plan.

    Conceptual example
  • Rural guesthouse

    An identity for direct bookings

Logo, brand photography and social media templates in the same tone, so booking pages and posts feel like part of the same story.

How we work

  1. Step 01

    Conversation and brief

We learn the company's story, its clients, its competitors and what you want the brand to convey. We gather everything that already exists: old logo, materials, photos.

  2. Step 02

    Positioning

We set the key messages and the tone. Without this step, the logo would just be a nice drawing.

  3. Step 03

    Logo directions

We propose three distinct directions, presented in context, with the reasoning behind each. You choose one, possibly with elements from another.

  4. Step 04

    Refinement and system

We finalise the logo and build the colours, typography and application rules around it.

  5. Step 05

    Materials and guide

We produce the agreed materials and write the brand guide, with examples of correct use.

  6. Step 06

    Handover and implementation

We hand over the organised files, apply the identity on the website and on accounts, and stay available for questions.

Fits the tools you use

We deliver files in the formats required by printers, online platforms and the applications your team works with.

Security & control

Rights and control

A brand is a company asset. We make sure you own it fully and can use it anywhere, without depending on us.

  • The copyright is yours

When the project is completed we assign the economic rights to the logo and the materials created, by contract. We do not reuse the design for another client.

  • Licensed fonts and images

We use fonts and photos with verified licences; commercial ones are bought in your company's name, so there are no surprises later.

  • A check before registration

We run a preliminary check of the name and the logo in public databases. Registering the trademark with OSIM remains a decision you take with an industrial property adviser.

  • Organised files, handed over in full

You receive all sources and exports, clearly named, in an archive you can give to any future supplier.

Frequently asked questions

  1. How much does a logo or a complete branding cost?

A logo with versions and a short guide starts at €450; a complete visual identity at €1,200; a complete brand, with strategy and materials, at €2,900. The benchmarks are on the pricing page, and the final offer depends on the number of applications and revisions.

  2. How long does it take?

A logo, 1–2 weeks after the brief. A visual identity, 3–4 weeks. A complete brand, 5–8 weeks. The timeline depends a lot on how quickly we receive feedback.

  3. How many logo options do I get?

Three distinct directions in the first round, then we refine the chosen direction in two rounds of revisions. If more is needed, we discuss it openly.

  4. Can I keep my current logo and redo only the rest?

Yes. Often the logo is fine but the vector files, fixed colours or rules are missing. We can cleanly redraw the existing logo and build the system around it.

  5. Do you also work on names?

We can propose and check names, including domain availability and a preliminary trademark search. The final decision and the registration with OSIM are made with an industrial property specialist.

  6. Which files do I receive at the end?

The logo in SVG, PDF and PNG, in every version (colour, monochrome, reversed), the palette with HEX, RGB and CMYK codes, the fonts or links to them, the editable templates and the brand guide as a PDF.

  7. Do you also apply the brand on the website?

Yes. The best result comes when the identity and the website are designed together. The web design service starts directly from the brand system, with no repeated steps.
