The project story

  1. Context

    The website presents a new consultancy founded by Bogdan Ghica, which works with sales teams, leaders and management on performance, training and alignment.

  2. The approach

    On the live website, the methodology is presented in five steps (diagnosis, direction, training & coaching, implementation, measurement & optimisation), and visitors can complete a diagnostic before booking a call.

  3. The solution

    The website includes pages for services, "How we work", articles, results, about and contact, an interactive performance diagnostic and an English version.
