The project story
Context
The website is published on a vercel.app subdomain and presents a watch brand whose workshop is stated to be in La Chaux-de-Fonds.
The approach
The homepage is built as a sequence of chapters (L'Atelier, Le Calibre, La Lumière, La Révélation) that alternate narrative sections with product presentations.
The solution
The website includes pages for the collection, the Le Toucan model, the brand story (The Maison), a journal, the owner experience and booking a private viewing. The product page groups the specifications into a "dossier" with four chapters: movement, case, dial and assurances.
Features and characteristics
Scroll-driven storytelling
The homepage presents the assembly and movement of the watch in successive chapters, with headings in French and English.
Collection by product line
The collection is organised by line (The Diver, The Chronograph), each with the number of variants and a link to details.
Spec sheet in chapters
The Le Toucan page shows the specifications in tabs: The Movement, The Case, The Dial, The Assurance.
Currency selector
The header includes a switch between EUR, CHF and USD.
Wishlist and enquiries
Pieces can be saved to favourites, and the "Enquire" button leads to a request for a private appointment.
Concierge widget
A floating concierge button is present on every page visited.
